FOCUS and CREDAI Chennai Highlight AI & ML’s Role in Construction
Chennai, April 2, 2025 – The Forum of Critical Utility Services (FOCUS), in collaboration with the CREDAI Chennai, successfully hosted an insightful event on “AI & ML – Transforming Building Design & Construction”.
The event brought together industry experts from Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, HVAC, Insurance & Risk Mitigation, Safety, and Facility Management, fostering discussions on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in revolutionizing the built environment.
Dignitaries present included the Central Management Team of FOCUS, comprising its President, Vice president, General Secretary, and Regional Director, alongside the Leadership Team of the Chennai Chapter. The President of CREDAI Chennai attended as the Chief Guest, reinforcing the real estate sector’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technologies.
In recognition of outstanding contributions to the industry, FOCUS also honoured leading developers under its “Pillars of Progress” initiative, celebrating their role in advancing the sector.
